New Canadian Customers
We import and wholesale thousands of silk flowers, trees, plants, greenery, furniture, and Christmas decorations and constantly bring in new items. To view our products or place an order, please create an account with us and provide the necessary information.
Existing Canadian Customers
To access our products and prices, you will have to create a new account on this website. As well, if you would like to access any details you had with us previously, please email us at email@example.com indicating that you have signed up for a new account.
Unfortunately, Green Import does not sell directly to the public.
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES OF SALE

Orders can be placed on this website and will take 5 to 7 business days for processing. To view the status of your order placed on this website, please log in to your account. Orders placed elsewhere (at trade shows, through email or telephone) will not be displayed here. If you require information on your order that was placed elsewhere, please contact us directly.
Minimum Order Amounts
We do not have a minimum opening order. However, each item will have a quantity minimum which will be indicated on the product page. Please select at least the minimum quantity when ordering. If an order is submitted without meeting the minimum quantity, the quantity will be adjusted when we process the order and the difference will be charged.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours without penalty. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If an order requires changing (including additions, deletions and shipping address changes), please contact us as soon as possible.
All payments are due at checkout and will require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
We only ship within Canada.
Green Import strives to provide the most cost effective shipping rates available. Since this is a new website and we are still working out shipping rates, we may sometimes have to alter the charged rate. Please bear with us!
For orders shipping via Purolator/UPS (for smaller orders), a tracking number will be provided.
For orders shipping via Trucking Couriers (for pallets), we will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.
Any information necessary for shipping, please indicate in the notes section during check out.
Out of Stock / Backorders
In case certain items in your order are out of stock, we will move that item into backorder and fulfil once they are back in stock.
Returns are not accepted. All sales are final.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. Please contact us within 5 business days from delivery of damaged / defective / incorrect item with the following information:
- Item number of the affected product
- Invoice number
- Description of the damage/defect
- Pictures clearly showing the damage
- Pictures of the packaging
If you are looking to order samples, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All sales on samples are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange. Green Import will not accept claims or returns on samples.
