Shipping
We only ship within Canada. For US shipping, please place an order from our American website.

Freight
Green Import strives to provide the most cost effective shipping rates available. For orders shipping via UPS, a tracking number will be provided. For orders shipping via Trucking Couriers (for pallets), we will be in contact with you to arrange delivery. Any information necessary for shipping, please indicate in the notes section during check out.

Pickup
We offer a pickup option from our warehouse in Toronto (Mississauga). Please select "Toronto Warehouse" pickup during check out. Processing time is usually around 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for small orders thru Uber. If you are located in the city of Toronto area (East York, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Toronto/downtown and York) or in the Brampton and Mississauga area - you may select this option. Please leave your contact number as well as email that you use for Uber.
