Return & Refund
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the freight back to our warehouse (a return label can be provided) as well as a 50% restocking fee (provided that the item has its original tag, show no signs of usage, wear and tear, and with its original box). If the item shows signs of usage wear and tear, we are unable to process the return. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@greenimport.ca. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns nor refunds.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item Returns
If there was a problem with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. Please contact us within 5 business days from delivery of damaged / defective / incorrect item with the following information:
- Item number of the affected product
- Invoice number
- Description of the damage/defect
- Photos clearly showing the damage
- Photos of the packaging (including pallets and boxes)
Refunds
Refunds will be provided in the same currency as well as the same method of payment as used for purchase. Refunds of purchases made on our website will take 2 business days to process (as per Shopify policy).
All customers who purchase from this website as well as other channels (such as at trade shows and our showrooms) agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
