Return & Refund
Returns are accepted. The customer will be responsible for the freight back to our warehouse as well as a 30% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item Returns
If there was a problem with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. Please contact us within 5 business days from delivery of damaged / defective / incorrect item with the following information:
- Item number of the affected product
- Invoice number
- Description of the damage/defect
- Pictures clearly showing the damage
- Pictures of the packaging
Refunds will be provided in the same currency as well as the same method of payment as used for purchase.
