Return & Refund
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the freight back to our warehouse (a return label can be provided) as well as a 50% restocking fee (provided that the items show no signs of usage, wear and tear). If the item shows signs of usage wear and tear, we are unable to process the return. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Item Returns
If there was a problem with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. Please contact us within 5 business days from delivery of damaged / defective / incorrect item with the following information:
- Item number of the affected product
- Invoice number
- Description of the damage/defect
- Pictures clearly showing the damage
- Pictures of the packaging
Refunds will be provided in the same currency as well as the same method of payment as used for purchase.
